This sounds like a very worthwhile thing to do. I’d like to nominate the following keyword candidates: Sane, Inclusive (or Multicultural?), and Secular (or Agnostic?). Sane, Inclusive, Secular Prepping/Homesteading Documents could be abbreviated SIS-PHD. :D And if you haven’t already Googled for “community resilience” or similar, you might try that!
That’s a good phrase to try. All good phrases! Sometimes I just can’t think of other words for things, you know?

May I recommend Mother Earth News? Old school hippies have some good stuff floating around out there and nary a Jesus nor racist to be seen.
YOU’RE RIGHT I KNEW I WAS FORGETTING SOMEBODY. Yes! They’re a good resource. I’ve looked up a ton of stuff on there over the years.
Sigh, I love hippies, but. I was listening to a Pete Seeger playlist back at the farm, and there were a couple good fiery old “war no more” type things, and it just made me so sad about how none of that worked and the flower children grew up and sold out and their kids (me) never got to taste any of that paradise either. The Times They Are A-Changin’ actually made me cry.
God, @artifactrix and I have just had a really long fascinating conversation about modes of storing energy that is non-electric, and I am so fired-up now, I wish I had any engineering training at all. Oh well.
