god when do people have the time to have relationships, i have a full time job, two full time mental illnesses, i have to eat three times a day, breathe 30 times a minute, get social contact, refresh tumblr a hundred times and write fanfiction for two hours a night and also sleep.

i’m currently ignoring the person i’m in a relationship with in favour of refreshing tumblr a hundred times while not really writing fanfiction, if that gives you any insight? 

Ha the person I’m in a relationship with and I blissfully ignore one another for hours a day while I do those things you mentioned. He has some hobby that involves staring at his computer screen for hours, I dunno. Our relationship is actually pretty fulfilling though! A+ would recommend! (it got a lot better once he realized I was too crazy to reliably cook dinner, though, not gonna lie.)

My ancestors from 1621 until about 1905 were really not at all deterred by things like, oh, being first cousins. Within that, of course, ew never (also, illegal). But first cousins were fair game.

What blows my mind is that at one point a whole bunch of already-interrelated families all uprooted themselves from Connecticut to the middle of New York and then kept intermarrying. Why? That’s so weird! Go to new places, meet the same old people and bang them. Why???

i was gonna get on the road like suuuper early this morning and now i am like nnnnoope. i am going to sit here and not move. i’m past the worst, surely. but oh god. ungh. it’s one of those things that doesn’t last all that long but when you’re in the middle of it you’re like this is the entirety of reality and eternity, this is how I live now and forever, the end. 

Current conundrum: must drink coffee to function, do not want to put anything into my body. :(

I had to go SEARCHING for the “phone” app.
