BABY SISTER BOUGHT THE FARM
wait that didn’t come out right
My baby sister and her husband, after literally years of negotiation, exchanged money and signed a purchase agreement for the farm they’ve been working on.
At the last minute the sellers flipped out, so there’s a clause in there that the seller gets to live rent-free in the house until fucking JULY, so my sister still is going to be basically homeless even while paying a mortgage the size of Denali (look I’m topical!) but at least they own the place.
