"Overqualified" has been bookmarked. It is the perfect tonic after an afternoon of spewing out unctious resume cover letters in my current quest for employment. Thanks!

I think they send them out in newsletter format as well.

I'm sorely tempted to start applying to jobs on Monster that I'm entirely unqualified for, and write completely inexplicable cover letters like that to go with them.
