A client calls and complains that when he goes to enter "religion" in the demographic data, there are only two choices.
Mind you this client is the Director of Information Services at a nursing home and is making six figures.
The tech support guy takes a quick look at the program.
"religion" has an unrestricted number of choices.
"region" has two choices.
...
DUH.
"You're a functioning illiterate" is not the way to go.
But the tech support guy is out of other ways to put it...
So, ladies and gentlemen, be glad that's not your job.
