Oct. 10th, 2003 04:12 amOK, that p.s.-- that was in response to a very fast answer when I posted a very long entry using xjournal.
Guess where that very long entry is?
Well, I don't know. Xjournal might know.
Fuckers. ijournal loses entries, xjournal loses entries.
Semagic NEVER lost entries.
Why do all clients for OS X fail at THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT ROLE of an lj client?
DO NOT RETURN A FALSE POSITIVE POSTING CONFIRMATION!
All right, I give up. OS X clients all blow donkeys, and I will have to return to the annoying-ass web client. Fine. I may give up on Livejournal after all once I get my blog shit together for my pro site. This software bites ass and the inconvenience is staggering.
And oh, all OS X clients do fucked-up things with either the music or the moods.
Yes, it lost my ENTRY, but it KEPT the totally fucking nonsensical thing it had decided to put as my music. Yes, no matter the setting, it only takes what iTunes is displaying that very second. So if your music happens to be properly id3 tagged, it only shows whichever field iTunes is scrolling through. EITHER the artist, the album, OR the song name. Not all three, which would make SENSE. Useful. Yes. Motherfuckers.
