i can't resist.
Aug. 14th, 2003 11:26 amThe following is a sample, a beautifully representative sample, of the stuff I get from my boss daily. This is it, unedited, straight from him. I get about 20 of these a day. He doesn't understand why it takes me so long to edit them...
My favorite part is the word "equipted".
Our clients receive top-notch training by our trainers, healthcare professionals, who have worked in the industry, and understand the needs and procedures of healthcare. Thus training is directed at being able to effectively run the system for the operational needs.
The training is one-to-one, hands-on training in your facility or our new classroom. The studetns are suppplied with study guides and sample databases to enahnce the train experieince.
Train-the-Trainer
Large organizations, typically have their own inhouse expertise that provide the first line of support to the end users. For these organizations we normally provide training for the personnel that will in turn train the end users.
Having inhouse trainers reduces costs as new employees are training internally without having to engage ADL to provide the training.
Web-Based Training
We has our own inhouse equipment to provide interactive demonstrations to students over the internet. The student will neeed to have access to a PC with a direct connection to the Internet and a phone. If the PC is equipted with a Soundblaster or comptatible sournd card and a microphone, a phone connection is not needed and the conversations can be conducted usign the PCs.
Periodically, web-based seminars are given for the convienence of the clients.
Seminars
Seminars are held to provide the users with update information on new programs and featrures that have been incorporated into the program. We have found that because of the large workload that workers are preforming, many are not aware or forget about new features that can make they work esier. The seminars are ideal format for introducing new features and programs.
I then thought I'd post my edit, just so y'all can see what I do all day.
