dragonlady7I finally got ahold of a cable to connect the Newton to my computer. (The Newton, fyi, is an ancient pda/laptop of Dave's that you can write and draw things on. i've been drawing the graphics for my new website on it. It's cute. At the moment, it can only connect to the SE-30, which can only connect to the Powerbook. We'd hoped to connect it to my computer.) So the cable plugs in. but you fire up the connection software on the PC, and start the Newton's connecting process, and nothing happens. So, the serial ports don't know how to talk to each other, it seems. Oh well. Shucks.
So, boo to that.
Dave did some work last night and actually pretty much finished a bunch of the work for the database he's writing me for my awesome website which soon I won't be ashamed to link to, and soon I may update even more often than I do this journal. (Well. We'll see. This journal will remain the home for rantings and poutings and such. The website/blog will be more for publicly accessible stuff.)

I walked off and left this window open and went to work, so i don't know. I think there was another boo coming, but I don't know what.
I had an awful day and my head is full of sharp pain. I need more vodka, and a nap.
