dragonlady7I love this song. i don't even really understand it, but the dude from barenaked ladies has the most gloriously beautiful voice ever. I never used to like it, but on this live album he gets so passionate and just rips out these absolutely gorgeous notes, it makes me want to cry. I wish I could sing like that. What a good girl, what a smart girl, what a pretty girl. ... I actually made a playlist and put this song in the middle but I didn't want to hear any of the other songs, so I skipped them all and put this one on repeat.
But it's such a good song.
I'm rereading my NaNoWriMo novel. The space pirate one. Dave made so much fun of me. There are some good things in there, though. I might make it into something. there are so many things I want to make into something and I just don't have the attention span. I just can't.
I can't turn this song up loud enough. His voice is so beautiful.
I go to school< i write exams, if I pass if I fail if I drop out, does anyone give a damn> and if they do, they'll soon forget, cause it won't take much for me to show em my life ain't over yet. I wake up scared, I wake up strange, wondering if anything in my life is ever gonna change. I wake up scared, I wake up strange, and everything around me stays the same... And there's an incredible crescendo there, but you can't hear it, and you've probably already downloaded the mp3 if you were going to, so I should shut up now.
Right, i'm going to go plunge into my inscrutable toaster story now. I wish I didn't suck. I wish I had an attention span. i wish I could write something good enough that Dave wouldn't make fun of it.
