dragonlady7Our phone system is so screwed up that every time someone tries to ring Joyce (the boss's secretary, who's currently covering for the reception desk while the main receptionist's at lunch) it comes to MY phone! I don't even know how to put someone on hold, much less transfer them to the proper extension!!
This is terrible. Eugh. I'd unplug my phone, but then they'd think it was broken and spend time trying to fix it that they should be spending trying to get Joyce's phone to stop forwarding to me. (I'm ext. 254 and she's 253.)
Blech. I hate telephones.
