Hi guys: it's all set, you and DAD will be leaving for Germany on Nov 25, Sunday, and returning on Mon, Dec 2. from Newark airport- via Charlotte NC on the way and Pittsburgh on the way back. Katy says Adam will be cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The tickets were $366 apiece. half what we paid last summer.

We'll try to be out there on either the Thursday night or Friday day. WOuld like to spend some time with you but we've got my friend Lisa coming down from Hanover to meet us, so we'll go and do non-American non-Thanksgiving stuff while you do family meal stuff. Very psyched about seeing you...

That's a very good question. It's only 11 miles from Frankfurt, so either town, I suppose. It's pretty easy to book something cheap and cheerful. You?

ooh, i'm not sure where katy's new apartment is. she's moving this weekend. closer to Hanau, farther from Darmstadt.

I think we're staying with her.

We arrive in Frankfurt at 10.35 pm on the Thursday night and leave at 11pm on the Sunday night. What do we want to do?

gosh, i don't know. katy's been planning family-y things. including getting her wisdom teeth out, the silly girl.
i dunno, there were day trips to berlin and heidelberg etc. i'll email her and ask.
