god i am so useless all i do is play on the computer and take dumb quizzes. i spent like two hours last night taking quizzes with zobar.

EW, that quiz results page just launched the most vicious attack of popunders I've ever seen. Dude, it was trying to set itself as my default IE homepage, and install some kind of software on my computer. It failed, because its authenticity certificate was expired. I had to ctrl-alt-del and force quit it from the task manager, because it was one of those pernicious pieces of shit with links in the "close box" and popup alerts that made it impossible to close the window from the taskbar. Jeez. That was disgusting. It wasn't even porn, it was just an ad.

Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org/) and Opera (http://www.opera.com/) are web browsers which let you block pop-up ads easily.

i usually use mozilla. but when i click on links in im profiles, IE opens up automatically. i don't mind; i haven't bothered getting the plugins to use quicktime or anything in mozilla, so it's usually easier in ie.
it made it easier to figure out which windows to force quit... ie was bad things, mozilla was the stuff i'm still using. whee...
