dragonlady7hmm.... dunno how long i can be online. ann's s'posed to call to beg for a ride home. i think. but.
she didn't call to tell us where she'd be, so... i haven't a clue what's up, so guess what-- fuck it, i'm doing my business.
i spent the day with Fifi, running errands. it was just supposed to be a quick run this morning, but we ended up all over the place. Auto supplies store for cleaning supplies, accessories for her NEW CAR, then to Wal-Mart for more of the above, and miscellany; movie store, bank, and Department of Motor Vehicles to get forms to register Fiona's NEW CAR.
Then home, and a message from Dad-- he'd got the insurance papers faxed, so we could complete the registration process today, and get the plates to put on the car tomorrow, and be on the road! That was exciting. So fifi and I zipped over to albany, and then to the DMV again, where the hilarious clerk fed us a line of baloney to amuse herself and us, and processed the registration, let Fifi pick from four sets of license plates (she chose the one with the most 9's in it, because 9's a good number for her), and we were on our way!
So, we can go get her car tomorrow, and clean up Katy's car for when katy comes home on Sunday, so Katy'll be happy. Armor-All, Febreze, Turtle Wax, etc.
Yawn.
Dave K. visits tomorrow. I look forward to this, but am dubious about managing to find him a bed. My room is thusfar failed at being cleared up sufficiently to put him in it. Fiona's room is thusfar failed at being cleaned sufficiently to put ME in it. The garage is a hopeless "situation". But, tomorrow is another day, and I should only be frantically busy for... most of it. Ah well.
I may get offline now.
ohhh... that noise is kitty snoring. Silly kitty.
I want a kitty of my own!!!!
my frogs nearly ate each other today, fighting over a cricket. i thought i'd fed them plenty, but they were pretty chompy. so i fed them each three crickets, and now i need to go buy more.
ok, off i go. byebye.
