dragonlady7so! a thought about the thingy-- Fred from the ed tech center suggests that the problem might be a bandwidth issue. Possible it is.
Therefore, shockwave thingies are now no longer going to be put online! At least, not relied upon. :( (Maybe it will play for you if you're really patient and load it like twice or three times.) But. Yes. I may have to take them all down. If I ever make enough of them, I will put them on CD-ROM, and use them that way.
so that's a major structure issue resolved!
(maybe i should put up a link and offer to sell cd-roms of my stuff. woo. maybe someday i will be that warped. or famous. ha ha ha!)
i might be able to do html versions of some of it, and flash versions of some other things. who knows. nothing i do is that sophisticated, so maybe i don't even need shockwave.
i'm designing a thing to do in flash just now, and then i'll be getting help figuring out how to make it.
i'm going to call it "Everything I Know", and it will incorporate everything I want to know how to do in Flash, and then I will save it, and then I will have the code/scripting/layout of everything I need to know how to do in Flash in that file, and my projects can come from that.
