swollen eyelids.
SO uncomfortable, and distressingly unattractive.
Them things weren't meant to be puffy. Ew ew ew.
But things, as always, seem better in the morning. Dad's at work and e-mailing away to me, and I'm remembering that Fiona always makes things seem so much worse than they are. It's her talent. And my curse is that I am a gullible person and believe everything people say.
I wanna go back to sleep.
But anyhow, things surely aren't so bad, it's just that dad's getting old and so things with his body are going somewhat wrong, but he should still have another good twenty or thirty or forty years in him. His grandfather lived to be 101... and was a hypochondriac till he was 80, and then he realized he wasn't really about to die, and he lived blissfully for 20 more years.
So in the grand scheme of things, nothing's too bad. My headache won't go away but that's quite minor, and probably will pass once I digest the food and the ibuprofin. And I have a programming assignment to do! Yay!
phooey. it's hard too. shucks. well maybe i'll learn something useful.
