SESAME CHICKEN

1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger
1 to 2 tsp soy sauce
1 chicken breast, cut-up
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp plum jelly or hoisin sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp water or chicken stock
5 - 10 drops Tabasco sauce

Stir fry the chicken. Add all remaining ingredients except the
cornstarch and water to the chicken. Thicken and coat the chicken
with the thickening mixture. Add the cornstarch/water solution
and cook until bubbly. Serve.

no no no, no snow peas!!
snow peas belong in salty stir-fry.
this is sweet stir fry.
snow peas don't belong in something that already has sugar in it.
snow peas and plum sauce? No. Ew.

water chestnuts are sort of sweet too.
what is with you people and you wanting to make this sweet and crunchy? have you never had sesame chicken???
