dragonlady7Peanut Butter Cookies
(you may want to double the recipe.)
Cream together 1/2 C. margarine + 1/2 C peanut butter (chunky or creamy-- but chunky has nice bits in it).
Beat in 1/2 C. white and 1/2 C. brown sugar.
Stir in 1 egg, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, and 1 C. flour.
Arrange by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Press flat with floured fork (this makes a neat and distinctive pattern.)
Bake 10 min. at 350 deg. Fahrenheit.
