now i can compose my livejournal in an eccentric font.
because i downloaded this new lj client.
it's cute.
yawn.
my head hurts slightly.
i spent the weekend at my parents', mostly talking to my dad about Vietnam. He seems older every time I see him. He is up there... My mom still seems young. Ah well. He now looks nearly 50, and seeing as he's nearly 60, I suppose he's doing all right.
i'm sleepy. maybe i'll sleep.

i also spent much of the weekend downwind of a tire fire. I'm too lazy to look up the details; go to an online news site and look up the keywords illegal tire dump, waterford NY, fire... yup yup. In case you don't know where Waterford is, it's upwind of Spiegeltown, which is just near my house. So. Lots of smoke. Smelled great. Carcinogens. Happiness.
