About to take my hands-on networking exam
oh god
I’m envisioning networking like… social networking… and envisioning this exam like… some kind of heavily-observed-and-graded cocktail party… so in my head you’re in a velvet dress and a feigned smile and you’ve brought your Best Handshake and you’re goddamned determined to get the phone number of every important person there, and there are like, professors standing in the corners making notes every time you shake somebody’s hand.
I don’t know why this vision has charmed me so, but it has. I hope whatever your real exam was turned out well. :)
