…what the shit? Omg who looked at that and said ‘yup this looks done.’
RIGHT? I’m like– what the actual fuck is that supposed to be??? It’s not like there’s going to be landscaping, that’s blacktop underneath there.
My other favorite part is that they did no actual maintenance on the building, so they had to come in and clean the store’s carpet because so much of the debris from construction had blown in around the uninsulated, uncaulked, 40-year-old windows and un-weatherstripped door. The roof was leaking as well, but they didn’t fix that, they just built another roof over the top of it. It’s one hundred percent a cosmetic update to make the building look newer and bigger, and it’s made of foam tied together, and the material itself is convincing but. I mean.
THE COLUMNS ARE FLOATING. And the fake windows are clearly PAINTED ON. (The second storey.)
