As an Old I would try to put things into perspective about this President business by talking about how I’m reliving my sense of stunned astonished horror that George W Bush got elected, twice, but then I’m remembering how that went, and while I was devastated at the time, I wasn’t wrong to be so, and now in hindsight I can see exactly how poorly that went.
So, I have no words of comfort, and I’m just going to lie here spacing out in horror.
I guess it’s time to get some more revolutionary politics, though, so I guess there’s that to look forward to.
