Actually… in my vernacular, they DO call that “double fisting”, and that is the only meaning of “fisting” most of the people I know IRL are actually aware of.
For extra lulz, there’s a great Loretta Lynn song called Fist City that is actually about punching people. I generally like to quote that one around kinky people though because they absolutely do not understand it at all.
