:( That sounds awful. And this is where I plug my light therapy lamp because omg does it help me with seasonal shutdown. Mine was $50 off Amazon, and I know that’s not in everybody’s budget, but I figured it’s worth mentioning. Good luck, whatever happens
I have one! It was about that much, IIRC. I did my best to use it faithfully for a couple of weeks, and tried again a year later or so, but. No discernable affect.
Kind of like taking SSRIs, only this time there wasn’t any weight gain, and when i stopped it didn’t give me weird brain zaps, so I guess overally it was actually a much more positive experience than medication.
