um yes they do I would read all the stuff about Iberican history that is my favorite thing about Home Out In the Wind you should definitely take this as blanket permission to go down the wormhole of AU social history as viewed through the lens of personal stories!!!

I need it. I definitely need it. More backstory. All of the backstory. Story FOREVER. Plus, I’ve always thought it’s cool (if frustrating) when a story just taps you on the shoulder and goes ‘hey… I got this’.
