if not you could probably use vodka, but be advised vodka really has no intrinsic flavor, so you’d want to add something like bitters or an herbal or floral liqueur to make up for that. Or like, throw some fresh thyme or basil or lavender or something into the booze/honey mix, and let it sit for 15-20 minutes or more before you finish mixing it, so there’s a flavor that isn’t booze.
