So sorry to hear about your non-dominant distal phalanx. :( But I’m glad you are making it work! I just reread Accustomed to Your Face recently and when I saw your post, I immediately thought: Lemurs are dangerous, people! BTW, unlike @bomberqueen17, I do use my dominant thumb on the spacebar. I’m much less quirky. :D
Do not feel inadequate; I do believe @bomberqueen17 can outquirk us all. :D
and Carson can verify: lemurs are the devil! Do not be fooled by their big, golden eyes or soft, plush underbellies! just when you least expect it…there goes the distal phalanx of your small toe!
Gonna put that on my resume, “Can Outquirk Us All”.
Yeahhhh that’s a pretty fair assessment.
On the upside, though, I hadn’t read that fic, so now not only did I just have a lovely interlude in a crap day, I also now understand a lot more of this discussion. :)
