I’m banned from going outside today. The hives were joined by the busy activity of half a dozen mosquitos last night and I am this itchy swollen gross mess. (The hives are subsiding, just not with any speed, and they itch like the dickens in the meantime.)
I’m going over that last bit of the chapter and finding so many mistakes from where I was trying to steal time yesterday to write it. Oh man. Word use stuff. “Someone” when I clearly meant “something”. “When” for “where”. Wrong character’s name. Mistakes that aren’t the kind I usually make. I honestly don’t’ edit stuff very many times, usually, because if I’m composing it in any kind of collected state, I write it down the way I want it to be.
Well. I’m close, anyway. A couple more episodes of My Little P*ny or maybe Sid the Science Kid (there aren’t bros who are super into Sid, right, I don’t have to need to stay out of that search result, right?) for the wee munchkin and I’ll be done. I will probably not finish this morning, though.
