implement. not dish. i am keeping the cast iron of course. and i won’t mistreat the revereware saucepans. and yes the hand-carved wooden shit is all getting hand-washed. but all of that is as clean as it’s reasonable to assume it can get. this fucking plastic mandoline slicer that you can’t scrub because it hungers for blood? this dubious spatula of unknown provenance? *cast it into the bosch and we will augur its fate ‘pon completion of ye sanitize cycle.
