me: yeah I have a lot of criticisms of twn, the tone overall in both seasons is off and does not bring to life the snide and snarky dark comedy which is the reason I love the books, the plot threads are sometimes contrived or just whacky or poorly thought out, the costuming and wigs and contacts are terrible, I have questions and regrets about the depiction of the main romance, really hate the attempts to appease racist gamer bros with white washing actors and over focus on monster fights and geralt as some hypermasculine ab armor wearing Hollywood hero, etc
