having an absolute disaster of a day at work. i mean i’m not in distress particularly, it sucks that nothing works, but i get paid the same, i’m just bummed that really important work isn’t getting done and of course it’s urgent, it’s mid-December.

first my phone couldn’t get on the wifi. i was like oh that’s weird but whatever i have data, i’ll live. my personal laptop has intermittently had trouble with the wifi but that settled down and it works fine.

but then my work computer has no internet, for no reason, which is weird. it can connect to my coworker’s computer, weirdly. that computer did have internet access, so i was using it to get work done and then it could not connect to the label printer, alas.

i was working around that in various ways, but then the stamps dot com server was like no, this will not do, we cannot have you doing this, and i was like what? we can’t have me what? so i gave up and reluctantly restarted that computer

and now it also has no internet

so there is no internet to the entire online sales department

meanwhile downstairs in the store everything is connected and everything is fine

The tentative diagnosis is that my Vibes are Bad and that’s what’s gone wrong here.

It has as much chance of being correct as any other explanation. I am chewing some gum and trying to think happy thoughts, to make up for it. (Your picture was not posted)
