Letting out a garment by changing the zipper:

Thanks for sharing this idea. That’s indeed a good way to gain some space. On top of that, visible zippers are indeed wider than invisible ones which can help, too.

If anyone wants to try this out but is worried about how it’ll look: there are ways to make a zipper part of your garment’s design. For example, using a zipper in a contrasting colour can be a real eye catcher, as mentioned.
