the VHS tape running in the room behind me a few minutes ago featured a small child (like, toddler, not quite two?) screaming for a prolonged period, and I was like “whyy tf would anyone video this for posterity” and a few minutes later just now a little girl chirpily enquired of the camera, “Did you really get Colleen screaming and peeing her pants on tape?” She repeated the question twice, and the off-camera voice, an adult man, said “yes” and the little girl said delightedly “when can we watch it?”

i mean. well? why else did you tape it, Guy Who I Assume Is Dad And If Not Who The Hell Are You And Why Are You Doing This??

anyway.

(it’s datestamped 1990 and the background architecture and presence of a Tigger fursuit character suggests Disneyworld to me.)
