mom and dad had a joint email account and it was in his name. mom used it more and clearly is the one using it now, but. just now an email popped into my inbox from my dad thanking me for attending his zoom wake. of course it’s mom, of course. i don’t want to hassle her to change it. it’s been like this since email was a thing. (we used to all share one email account, actually. it was all of our initials. Except Farmsister! She didn’t fit, and Mom was like “oh she’s so young it doesn’t matter”, and then kept that email address for 20 years.)
