I make all kinds of chicken and rice all the time, but this one has some terrific tips which I will definitely try--probably later today. Particularly eager to try the dry brine idea and soaking my rice.

That was what I liked so much about the video too-- I've been cooking chicken and cooking rice for like 25 years but I still felt like I could incorporate some of these tips!!!

Oh, this is a recommendation. I was just thinking, "but I know how to cook chicken and rice" but if fellow expereinced cooks got good info out of the video then I shall watch it too!

Sohla's videos are amazing at being easy enough for total kitchen n00bs and also having a lot of facts, methods, suggestions etc for experienced cooks. I am so excited to see how high she soars now that she's away from BA.
