OK sans context that sounds like a really hopeful title. it is not.
so i am not binging the untamed, because i want to drag my dude into it with me, and he will not watch more than one episode of something in a day. so we got to episode 14 before i relocated to Rochester, whereupon I convinced my BFF to watch it with me and we’re on episode 3. I know, it’s maddening.
Anyway I got Dude to watch episode 15 with me last night (I think? it’s the episode where they’re in the cave and JC isn’t coming back so they have to kill the giant turtle dinosaur?) and oh
oh my god
The single gayest thing I have ever seen on television of any kind, and i am including some pornos I’ve watched, was the flashback-within-flashback where WWX is remembering, in slow-mo, pushing Lan Zhan’s sword back into its sheath. I screamed out loud.
So uh. Gayyyyy.
(Also I almost cried at WWX chasing JC to hug him on the steps after his dad was useless at him.)
I’ve read all the spoilers but don’t worry, I’m basically immune to spoilers because I don’t know enough to understand how the fuck all of that could happen based on what I know yet.
