hey folks, reminder that instacart and amazon (including whole foods) are striking for sick pay and work safety today (monday march 30) so don’t buy anything from them or use any of amazon’s subsidiary companies until the strike is over
oh that’s interesting.
my company’s entirely shut down except the online part, and my online coworker said today that it was super weird, amazon shut down their whole fulfilled by amazon program over the weekend, and now the load is getting dumped onto the independent sellers who don’t have the staff to deal with it and we’re like Christmas-busy right now?
oh it’s because amazon’s on strike and this is their way of scabbing.
