am i going to find a way to incorporate a threesome with a strap-on into this sequel???
i don’t actually know but i have in the first act introduced the strap-on over the mantelpiece which means it must be used by act 3 if i’m remembering my bachelor of arts correctly
The other main component of the story seems to be that Jaskier is heavily motivated by academic spite and I am startled not to have seen this elsewhere in fandom. It is canon that he’s got a long-standing professional relationship involving guest-lectures at Oxenfurt University, I guess I’m the only one who extrapolated that and made him an underpaid university employee whose department resents him for being overly glamorous and not pure enough an academic.
unless someone else is writing this too in which case please hmu with links, i want all of it, Jaskier doing itinerant minstrel work as his side hustle since adjuncting pays shit, switching to poetry only because he can get publishing credit for that but not for songs, the history department all think he’s a flash bastard with no substance but his research work is impeccable thanks, the literature department all think he’s a dumb slut but by god his poems sell and people sign up for his lectures, and he will do anything, on god he will do anything to one-up that stuffy history lecturer who thinks the only pure study of human events is to analyze them from inside an institution instead of going out and living any of them
