zobar2 just posted on the grid. The rest are videos of the hotpot in 15 degrees Fahrenheit and snowing, the greenhouse pool, and assorted scenery. We drove to Homavik today through some crazy scenery and crazier weather, saw a museum about witchcraft (come for the necropants (Google it, I didn’t put up a pic), stay for the sociological analysis and also really excellent seafood soup in the attached restaurant) and then came back and jumped right in that hot spring.
Tonight the resort/hotel thing we’re in is just full of people, it’s astonishing how crowded it is for a place an hour and a half from anywhere down an unplowed road! Everyone else is German, which is fine except I don’t speak German and they all assume I do. (at Heydalur)
