I did print out 11x14s of my art, and have frames for it, to give to family, and it was only today as I was ordering the prints in our photo lab at work that I was like... I could... give these to my mother-not-in-law as well, she'd probably like some art. Or at least would politely exclaim over it and then put it somewhere. Which would be fine.
But like.
Alas, I'd ordered two extra, for myself, and now I'm giving them to her instead, so like. Oh well.
Five Adirondack sunrise/sets, a landscape from Norway, a landscape from Iceland, two Kyrgyz mountain scenes (one with racing horsemen, a shot I underrated at the time because there were onlookers in it but honestly it was pretty neat)

,
and an Istanbul skyline with the Blue Mosque in it. The only one I'm sure of is that the Istanbul one should be for my older sister, since she and her husband have been there several times. The others, well, I'll figure it out.
I've finished a grand total of two furoshiki, because I spent way too long putting embroidery floss on the second one. Now I need to whip several more out, or abandon the idea.
How is it the twelfth already? Ay yi yi.

I tried to balance, like, a large enough print to see and have it be meaningful, with not so large that you'd struggle to find a wall that could house it. I think 11x14, in an unobtrusive small frame, is the way to go. I'm pretty happy with it.
I don't know how to wrap them, now, but that's something to worry about this weekend. :)
