On the one hand, I'm delighted for additional content, but on the other, I'm selfishly sad that even though the content we have is so sparse, it still Josses my enormous epic work about them. Like, it's a fantastic and fun bit of character to get that Kes was a uni student, whether he graduated or not, but in the absence of any info i'd already given him a contradictory backstory, so. Alas!
It's probably for the best that the several thousand words I'd written of them meeting on Hoth never got polished enough to post, because it of course contradicts this as well. But this is delightful and I'm still super glad to get it.

It's good, it reaffirms my commitment not to write things I don't own, LOL.

Eh, I am entirely happy to hold multiple different conflicting AUs in my head and frequently do (see, vast riches of MCU fic).

I am grateful that your epic work about Kes and Shara (and the related one about Poe and Finn and Rey) exists, and I love it no less because this also exists.
