i’m leaving straight from work to get to the farm tonight because Farmkid has a birthday party to go to tomorrow and both of her parents are busy and so i figured i might as well get into town a few hours earlier so i can take her. no big, right?

but there’s another party on sunday, and it’s a halloween party, and i’m taking her to that too and it has just struck me

what if i had a costume

i want a costume now

*goes to ransack old SCA box in closet*

alas, couldn’t find anything suitable. i’ll have to just go sans costume. i’ll take pictures instead. maybe get a hat and put a card in the hatband that says PRESS.

Probably won't land well on the five-year-olds, but most of the moms in this friends group have masters' degrees at least so it's got potential.
