I would not be surprised to learn that the worthless feeling is a predictable successor to a bad anxiety attack. Like subdrop, without the preceding funtimes. *hugs*
It’s been happening in tiny cycles all week, or like, waves, where the peaks are bad and the middles are bad and the troughs are bad.
But it’s weird because except at its most extreme it doesn’t really affect my mood. I’ve been reasonably good-natured for most of it, except for the moments when I’ve been in actual tears, so. Mostly just really disorienting?
Seeing a movie was actually a really really really really good way to get a 3-hour break from thinking about it. I should see more movies. @.@
