Dude, as educational kids’ shows go I LOVE Peg & Cat. I’m getting so accidentally educated about music.
PEG PLUS CAT IS THE BEST
we were talking about it today because I forget what, we were moving a piece of furniture and it had some thing on it, and my sister was like “oh we should get that thing off there” and then we tilted the piece of furniture and the thing fell off, and she started singing “Problem solved! The problem is solved!” and I was like why do I know this song and she was like “Peg plus Cat!”
and now I feel like i have to sing that song every single time something becomes no longer a problem through no actual effort on my part, because it is goddamn hilarious.
(My favorite Peg + Cat episode is the one where there’s a dead-on parody of the Queen of the Night’s aria from Mozart’s the Magic Flute sung by a voice actress who is an honest-to-god operatic soprano, and it’s about, like, fractions or something.)
