ok i get that i am slacking off unconscionably but it is raining fucking cats and dogs out there and i was so sure it would die down imminently and it’s just not so
i’m going to finish this cup of coffee and nurse my slight hangover (i didn’t drink that much but i didn’t drink any water either which was stupid) and just kind of not be real productive here this morning.
I wasn’t real productive yesterday either but mostly I was watching Farmkid and it’s impossible to be productive in that case anyway.
I expect I’ll be more useful over the weekend. Maybe.
Also: the yurt has held up really well in the rain, and there have been no leaks, which is great, but. It’s so humid and gross and everything that it smells like wet dog in there regardless of the fact that nothing’s actively wet and also nothing is a dog.
IDK man, there’s not much I can do about it.
It is POURING, holy shit. At least it’s coming straight down, so I don’t have to close windows or really worry about the fact that I didn’t close the yurt door all the way down.
