dang it the roof blew partly off the yurt last night apparently, brother in law says he ‘fixed it’ but they’re getting huge rain today and i just. urgh.
well, there’s not much that could get wet, in there, that i can’t dry out again easily; i left the bed unmade, the sheets in a rubbermaid bin under it, and the top of the mattress covered with a cut-up air mattress.
so the spiders are probably pissed as hell, and my roof insulation is possibly entirely missing, but there’s nothing that’ll be irretrievably wrecked by water, provided the roof remains largely upon the frame for the remainder of the week.
