Oh within two days we’ve gone from “brr I wish this place had heat” to “*pant* I wish this place had A/C” that’s got to be some kind of record.
(We have basically no climate control of any kind, and also no insulation, and also no ventilation. It’s astonishing, especially given how high the rent is in this mini-mall. They did just add a completely Styrofoam second storey to the building but alas it didn’t even fix the leak in the roof. Have I posted the photo lately of the Styrofoam “rock” pillars outside that hover 3″ above the surface of the parking lot? I’ll have to take another picture. When I posted them people were like “duh obviously they’re just not done yet” but it’s been… two years now? Three?)
