ok but how do you make a flower out of flour!!! omg!!!
i do this one a lot because i have two 9in round cake pans that make it super easy and effective. medium-small skillet or similar would probably also work?

So I made this and decided to proof it in the fridge overnight because there aren’t times where I have three hours at a stretch to make bread, and I sort of screwed up and let it partway freeze, so I let it defrost for another day in a better bit of the fridge. So it kind of. It proofed a real long time, let’s just say.
So it wound up not really… shaped anymore. And it stuck to the pan like absolute hell. But it was still sort of like a flower, in the end. Kind of Art Deco. (Dude looked at it, and said, “Bitches love Art Deco.” He also complimented its texture and rise. It’s quite spongy and lovely. I sort of think the middle bit looks sort of like a vulva. Dude looked at it and said, “Bitches love vulvas.”)
All in all, a success, especially given the refrigerator mistreatment.
