I just fed her dinner, and I will lay you an actual cash money bet that she will forget within the hour that I fed her and come and ask me for dinner again.

For the record she howled for about an hour after we went to bed without, she sincerely believed, feeding her supper. Absolute sincere belief in this. She’s very sincere in all things.

… I was watching the snow out the window just now and thinking well I guess we’ll have to shovel, and then the bush in the foreground of my view with the snow clinging to its branches suddenly… dripped… and I realized… that’s not snow, it’s freezing rain. We’re having an ice storm. that’s so much worse.

I don’t ever ever ever ever want to go outside. Oh my god. Fuck winter. As long as we’re not out of cat food we can endure this storm.
