I used my crankiness to good effect, got out of bed early and put some chicken leg quarters in the crock pot along with a defrosted bag of frozen tomatoes from the farm, and an onion and a shitload of spices and some yogurt. Here’s hoping it works out as well as the last time I tried to make Chicken With Indian Spices In Crockpot.
The secret is that deggi mirch just looks like cayenne pepper but it’s like, way hotter.
