Our cat had a similar issue and it turned out to be pancreatitis, for which they were able to give us anti-nausea medication for him - may be worth looking into, if possible. Even if she’s eating & drinking, she’ll be losing food & fluids with the barfing which can lead to more severe issues if it continues :(
I’m worried about her hydration too.
Well, we’re due to go back to the vet to check up on her thyroid stuff– in, uh. In two weeks. It’s too early to make an appointment for that, yet.
She will be so mad if we have to bring her in twice in two weeks. Ugh.
